Writing notes of encouragement, love, and appreciation are one of those things. Journaling-writing your thoughts and sharing them with people you care about is another. Whether it be expressions of thankfulness, gratitude, appreciation, composing music, or other forms of expression, we change the way we think and act in our daily lives, step by step. And we encourage others!

Change may be difficult, but we change and make hundreds of choices daily.​ We may not realize the multitude of choices we make, or how each of those tiny choices impacts our and others' lives. ​When those choices are repeated over time, they become "habits" and habits form character and personality.

Our journals are designed to help people focus on positivity, gratitude, expressing appreciation, creativity, thankfulness and the reinforcement of our thoughts and deep feelings through the power of written words or music. By writing our thoughts, or music, or goals down, even if only for 5-10 minutes daily, we develop the habit of journaling.

Journaling, in turn, allows us to see the directions and choices we are making in life. It allows us to continue on those paths that make us stronger, and to recognize and stop habits that harm us or others. It decreases stress and increases our ability to focus and determine what is most important to us. It lets others see glimpses into our thought about why we love and appreciate them, why they are important to use, and the beauty and strength we see in them.​​​
