TODAY CAN BE THE FIRST STEP TOWARD A HAPPIER, MORE FULFILLING LIFE!

Clifton Fuller has extensive experience in counseling, working in the mental health profession for decades as a family, marriage, and individual therapist (since 1985), and expertise in in-patient (hospital) settings. He is unique as he is licensed in three areas (Marriage & Family Therapy, Professional Counselor, and Clinical Social Worker), while other therapists are typically licensed in only one area. He brings expertise from these three different fields of thought (psychology, social work, and communication, of which the marriage and family fields evolved). His educational background and experience provide a skilled perspective to assist his clients in quickly identifying and addressing simple or highly complex issues.

Fuller is also a Certified Life Coach, working with individuals seeking personal improvement, wanting to set life or business goals, or wanting to understand their strengths, passions, and innate personal skill sets to a greater degree. These individuals do not need or seek mental health (counseling) care and are instead focused on personal improvement, greater job satisfaction, improved relationships, greater confidence, and goal-setting from a coach.

"Clifton is fun to work with as a life coach! He helped me identify strengths I didn’t realize I had and during the coaching sessions, I began to recognize blocks I’d unknowingly created that were hampering my job and life. As I began to understand how my thinking and actions were impacting everything, things began to fall into place and it made sense. It was easier to move forward rapidly to make needed changes or adjustments with Clifton’s encouragement and weekly accountability."

"Clifton Fuller has given me life-altering therapy which has allowed me to make better choices and grow as an individual. After 22 years of psychiatry and drugs prescribed by a different provider, I came to Clifton desperate for help and believing that I was "unfixable," but almost immediately Clifton recognized the source of my unhappiness and helped me see how to take better care of myself. I was able to regain control of my life and all without any mind-altering medications! Best ever!"

"Clifton’s life coaching had an immediate and positive impact on my life and job. What I didn’t expect was that our coaching sessions would inadvertently begin to impact my family in very good ways! I always look forward to my coaching sessions with Clifton as they are fun and I always feel like I grow mentally, but also because my family has now become my #1 cheerleaders to continue the life coaching process. As I grow stronger, I’m happier and so is my family."

"We own a multi-generational family business and as our family grew, so did the conflicts and disagreements. Clifton helped us each identify our skillsets, and understand why we reacted to each other the way we did. Things began to go smoother once we began life-business coaching with Clifton We schedule regular coaching sessions and add them into all our schedules to keep us on track and our business thriving. Clifton’s coaching is one of the best business expenses we’ve ever paid for and we plan to continue having the coaching sessions as long as we own our family business."
