• Monday-Thursday, 11 am-2 pm; 3 pm-7 pm

• Closed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

• Messages can be left at 210.970.1511 for return calls during office hours. For any emergency, call 911.
   

We follow HIPAA policies and do not use email, chat, or text for confidential messages. If sharing confidential information, current clients can log in to their secure client portal to leave a confidential message. New clients can register; once registered, you can send us secure messages through your HIPAA-client portal. 

 

We do not offer in-office sessions and instead offer HIPAA-compliant Virtual tele-counseling & coaching services.
