STEP 1: REGISTER:

Will another person be attending sessions with you? If so, each person needs to complete a separate intake. This ensures all participants have agreed to confidentiality agreements and our policies, impacting others participating in sessions.  ​

Fees: $200 (55-minute session for Counseling, Coaching, Consultation, or Supervision)
        An individual session is the same cost as a 55-minute couple or family session.

        Individual Supervision is $200. Group Supervision is $125 per hour, per person; a minimum of three people required.​

STEP 2: CHECK YOUR EMAIL

• Once registered, you'll receive an email from our offices. (If you don’t see the email immediately, check spam folders.

• The email will include a temporary password, username, and link to log in. (Once logged in, you can easily change your username or password. Remember to write your username and password in a safe place for future log-in reference.

• Fill out and sign each part of the intake form. Intakes must be completed in full before a session can be scheduled. Once the intake is completed, you can view Mr. Fuller’s schedule and make an appointment 24/7.

• It usually takes 3-5 minutes to complete the intake. Sign and save each page. The system will automatically take you to the next page, ending with secure payment information (billed on the scheduled session date).

 

STEP 3: SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT

After your registration and intake forms are completed, Mr. Fuller’s schedule will be available for your review. Once the intake is complete, you are considered a ‘current client’ and can easily log in to your account 24/7 to schedule future appointments, attend your online sessions, download invoices, or send secure emails.

To schedule ‘dedicated, recurring’ sessions weekly (or bi-weekly) at a convenient, set time in your schedule, contact us at 210-970-1511 to easily schedule online appointments for EMDR therapy services, counseling, coaching, or supervision.

Our offices have a 24-hour cancellation policy.
