Our office hours are: 11 am-2 pm and 3-7 pm, Monday through Thursday. (Lunch 2-3 pm).
Our schedule may adjust for travel, workshops, training, family gatherings, and programs.
Times consistently unavailable in the schedule are usually "dedicated recurring appointments" scheduled by clients reserving weekly or bi-weekly sessions on a regular basis.
To schedule an appointment during available times, registered clients can easily log-in to their patient portal and schedule online 24/7. Or call our offices at 210-970-1511 during office hours and our staff will assist you in scheduling one-time or recurring appointments. Please leave a message with your name and phone number if our staff are currently unavailable.
Tuesday morning recurring appointments:
As of 1/1/2026, we will offer Tuesday morning appointments (8-10 am) for recurring clients who have scheduled dedicated, weekly appointments.
Please call our offices at 210-970-1511 to schedule Tuesday morning appointments (as these morning times do not appear as available times on our public online scheduler).
