Gratitude changes our lives. It gives us hope, confidence, and positivity even in difficult times.

People often say that change is difficult, but we change daily and make hundreds of choices every day.

​

Sometimes we don't realize how many choices we make, or how those tiny choices impact our lives and others' lives. 

​

When those choices are repeated, we call them "Habits".

​

This journal helps to slow down life to document the choices we make and focus on positivity, gratitude, and thankfulness. By writing our thoughts and goals down, even if only for 5-10 minutes daily, we develop that habit of journaling and the habit of looking on the bright side of life...being thankful for small and great things.

Journaling, in turn, allows us to see the directions and choices we are making in life. It allows us to continue on those paths that make us stronger, and also to recognize and stop those habits that harm us or others.

Journaling also reinforces our thoughts and actions.
