Cancellation Policy

Clients agree to our 24-hour cancellation policy if receiving services from our offices.

When clients reserve an appointment, access to that specific time is not available to anyone else, as it is a dedicated time reserved for you. 

It is a courtesy to both the therapist and others to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance if a conflict arises with the appointment scheduled.

Reminders: As a courtesy, automated appointment reminders are sent to clients 48 hours before an appointment. This provides clients time to reschedule if needed.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, simply log in prior to 24 hours to change your appointment in the same way you log in to schedule an appointment.

You can also call our offices, during our business hours Mon-Thurs 11 am-2 pm, 3 pm-7 pm to speak to or leave a message with our staff.

Please cancel online (through your secure client portal) or speak with our staff at 210-970-1511. Please do not ask your therapist or coach to reschedule (as they do not access log-ins to reschedule appointments and are engaged with client sessions)

Full-fee is charged if there is less than 24 hours cancellation.
